NEW FAMILY LIFE CENTER COming to Camp Emmanuel

Excited to share that we are currently in the process of our next building and development phase here at the camp!  A brand NEW Family Life Center is currently in process of being built. 


The building will include a commercial grade kitchen, dining hall, meeting rooms, and a full court gymnasium! The addition of these amenities will make Camp Emmanuel a turn-key venue for overnight ministry by providing guests with great food, recreation, and gathering space. Not only will it meet many needs of camp guests, but also allow us to serve the local community year round. 

  • phASE 1 - COMPLETE

    Phase 1: Raised $1,100,000, obtain county approval, complete architectural plans, construction estimates, etc. order structural materials. Materials ordered, delivered, and paid for.

  • PHASE 2 - Complete

    Phase 2: Pre-slab work, erection of building, insulation, windows and doors

    • Raised $1,000,000 dollars which includes; site preparation and trenching have been completed. Pre-slab plumbing and electrical conduits and the installation of cement pad has been completed, and the erection of the building is in progress and should be completed in a few short weeks.

  • PHASE 3 - OUR CURRENT BUILDING PHASE

    This phase includes interior finishing, flooring, cabinetry, installation of Audio/video systems appliances, painting, and furnishing. Although much of this will be completed with in-kind contributions, we still need financial support. We will finalize staffing and volunteer requirements, and recruit needed personnel to provide programming, support, and operational requirements of the building and the expanded services that will be offered. We will also launch a publicity campaign to expand camp participation in the community.

  • PHASE 4 - FINISHING

    This phase will include all furniture, fixtures, and finishes.  All details will be shared once Phase 3 is nearing completion.

Please Note: These are projected costs at this current time and there are no written contracts locking in prices

Once Phase 3 is completed, we will move on to Phase 4, which will include furniture, fixtures & finishes.

  • This estimate will include concrete and bollards for service drive, walk-in fridge/freezer, generator and HVAC equipment.
